"Where are you located?"

I currently only offer mobile services, so I will need to come to your location.

What cities do you serve?

Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff, Munds Park, Doney Park, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Bellemont, Camp Verde, Rim Rock, Cornville, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Jerome, Page Springs, New River, Anthem, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Desert Ridge, and Peoria.

"Do you bring your own power and water?"

No, I kindly request access to a power outlet and water faucet for my tools at your location.

"How do I pay for the service?"

You can choose to pay online when you book, and your card won't be charged until the service is completed. If you prefer to pay in person, that's fine too. I'm flexible and happy to work with your payment preference.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept payment online and in-person payments through this website, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, or other agreed-upon methods.

"Do I need to be present during the service?"

No, you don't need to be present during the service. However, please ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible with access to power and water available. If you aren't back upon completion I will send you after pictures, and you can complete the payment using any of the payment methods mentioned above.

"How long does it take?"

The estimated duration of the appointment is listed for every service. However, in some cases, it may take more or less time than stated and the agreed price will remain the same.

"How often should I get my vehicle detailed?"

In order to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle, I recommend booking an appointment approximately every three months or sooner. By scheduling regular appointments every season change or sooner, you can keep your vehicle looking great while also ensuring that any potential issues are caught early and taken care of before they become major problems.

"What is the difference between mobile auto detailing and a traditional carwash?"

Mobile auto detailing gives you a thorough and convenient cleaning service with a personal touch and the use of quality cleaning products. Most traditional car washes, on the other hand, mainly focus on quick exterior cleaning and may not offer the same level of detail and convenience.
