The following terms and conditions outlined by Das Lyfe Auto Detailing constitute an agreement between the client and our company. By availing our professional cleaning and detailing services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. It is essential to carefully review and acknowledge these terms before proceeding with our services.
Das Lyfe Auto Detailing reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms will be made available on our website and will supersede any previous versions.

At Das Lyfe Auto Detailing, we offer professional cleaning and detailing services for vehicles. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.) Booking:
To schedule an appointment, provide accurate vehicle information, including make, model, and specifications. We reserve the right to refuse service or make appropriate pricing adjustments if the information is incorrect or misleading.

2.) Access:
You agree to provide access to your vehicle at the specified location and time. In unforeseen circumstances like restricted access or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or reschedule.

3.) Liability:
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and the vehicle must be able to withstand our normal cleaning processes. While we promise to take utmost care, we are not liable for the potential increase of any pre-existing damages or wear during the cleaning or detailing process. Including but not limited to pre-existing swirl marks, paint chips, clear coat paint failure, interior adhesive separation, fading of vinyl or plastics, torn or worn-out fabrics, the staining cracking, or peeling of any worn-out surfaces prior to the appointment, etc.

4.) Payment:
Payment is due in full at the completion of the service. We accept payment online and in-person payments through this website, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, or other agreed-upon methods.

5.) Vehicle Moving and Damages:
We kindly ask that you please move your own vehicle if needed. However, if we're requested to move a vehicle on-site, we are not responsible for malfunctions or damages, except in cases of proven negligence on our part, otherwise, the client assumes liability.

6.) Pre-existing Vehicle Damages:
We conduct a visual inspection before detailing but are not liable for pre-existing damages.

7.) Photography Consent and Privacy:
Clients give explicit permission to use vehicle photographs for advertising. We respect privacy and do not share personal information with third parties.

8.) Detailed Areas and Additional Charges:
Certain areas such as the engine bay, glove box, center console, undercarriage, and inside any other personal compartments are not included in the standard detailing package unless agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply for these services.

9.) Personal Belongings:
Clients are responsible for removing their personal belongings before the appointment. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

10.) Service Guarantee:
While we strive for excellence, detailing results may vary based on the vehicle's condition. We cannot guarantee firm completion times or complete stain, odor, or contaminant removal.

11.) Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and decline demands exceeding the booked package or our capabilities.

12.) Windows Cleaning Disclaimer:
Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, we cannot guarantee perfectly clean windows after detailing.

13.) Challenging Cleaning Situations:
Vehicles in challenging conditions may require a follow-up appointment for desired results.

14.) Pricing Policy and Conditional Issues:
Inform us of any conditional issues before booking to avoid changes in pricing. By informing us in advance, you enable us to properly plan and allocate the necessary resources to address your vehicle's specific needs.

15.) Booking Policy:
All appointments must be booked through our website. Your appointment will not be accepted until it is first reviewed and then confirmed by us. You will then shortly after receive a confirmation by text and/or email that either confirms your chosen date and time or asks you to select another date and time. Timely cancellations or rescheduling requests are appreciated.

16.) Communications Policy:
We maintain open and responsive communication channels with clients for inquiries, concerns, or appointment changes.

17.) Gift Cards Policy:
Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

18.) Battery Discharge Policy:
Clients are responsible for their vehicle's battery charge during the service, and we are not liable for battery discharge or related issues.

20.) Duration Policy:
We cannot guarantee any firm completion times for bookings. Our detailing times are estimates only, as each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete.

21.) Right to Refuse Service:
Das Lyfe Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and may deny customer demands beyond the booked detailing.

22.) SMS Text Messages:
Das Lyfe Auto Detailing will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, and provide progress updates.

23.) Mobile Phone Costs:
Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Das Lyfe Auto Detailing is not responsible for any potential costs.

24.) No Specific Condition Guarantee:
There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your car back to a specific condition, such as "Show Room New."

25.) Redo and Refund Policy:
If our service falls short of your expectations due to apparent oversight or poor craftsmanship, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation at no additional cost, by addressing the specific area in question. However, please consider that if the outcome reflects the best possible result achieved by us considering the vehicle's condition or other factors, we will discuss the situation transparently with you.
